A delicious Indian snack! Check out our quick and easy recipe for onion pakoda below!
Ingredients:
- Onion 1 large
- Green chilies 2
- Ginger paste ½ tsp
- Coriander leaves
- Salt to taste
- Turmeric Powder ¼ tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Gram flour 2 tbsp (Besan flour)
- White rice flour 1 tbsp
- Oil to fry
Method:
- Put thinly sliced onions into a bowl. Then add all the ingredients except oil.
- Mix very well to coat all the ingredients with the onions.
- Leave this aside for 20 minutes.
- Heat the oil in a pan on medium heat to prepare for deep frying.
- When the oil is heated, add a spoonful of the pakoda mixture.
- Fry until golden brown.
