Ingredients:
Oil 1 tbsp
Fenugreek 1/2 tsp
Big Onion 1 medium
Curry Leaves + Rampe
Green Chilli 2 nos
Chilli Powder 1 tbsp
Mango 4 nos
Salt 1 tsp
Water
Sugar 1 1/2 tbsp
Method:
Begin by adding oil into a clay pot and frying some fenugreek, Big Onion, Curry Leaves + Rampe and mix well.
Next, add Green Chilli, Chilli Powder, Mango, Salt and mix well until ingredients are well combined.
Proceed to pour enough water in the pot to submerge the cooking mangoes.
Next add Sugar and and let the curry cook for a few minutes before closing the lid to let the curry cook more.
Once the curry begins to bubble, remove the pot and serve while hot!
