Chocolate Biscuit Pudding | Recipe

No oven, no stress. Just layers of chocolatey goodness waiting to steal the show. This classic Chocolate Biscuit Pudding is creamy, crunchy and dangerously easy to love. One bite in, and you’ll be hooked. Don’t say we didn’t warn you!

Ingredients
Condensed milk 1 cup
Cocoa powder 1/2 cup
MeadowLea margarine 1/4 cup
Whipping cream 1/2 cup
Marie biscuits
Milk

Method
Add condensed milk, cocoa powder, MeadowLea margarine, and whipping cream into a bowl. Beat it all until smooth.

Grease a tray with margarine and spread a layer of the chocolate cream. Dip Marie biscuits in milk and lay them on top. Spread another chocolate layer. Repeat the process a few times until you reach the top.

Finish it off with a generous sprinkle of grated chocolate and a handful of crunchy, crushed cashews. Then, pop it in the fridge to set.
