Web3 Communities in Colombo recently hosted its most anticipated blockchain event, Ceylon On-Chain, dedicated to advancing the blockchain sector within Sri Lanka. This exclusive event, designed for 100-120 selected Web3 professionals, proved to be a landmark gathering for industry enthusiasts and professionals alike.
Ceylon On-Chain featured an exciting agenda, beginning with workshops and presentations from 4 pm to 6 pm. The event provided a platform for key industry players to showcase their innovations and insights. Attendees enjoyed engaging guest speakers, presentations from cutting-edge startups in areas ranging from BTC Layer 2 to AI, DAOs, real-world tokenisation and Web3 Ad Platform.
Additionally, a voice mastery session was held to boost confidence and credibility for men, led by a voice expert. The event also offered extensive networking opportunities, all within the vibrant backdrop of Colombo’s emerging tech landscape at Headquarters by W15.
This event also attracted global participants, aiming to expand its reach and impact by fostering synergy among local and international Web3 innovators and enthusiasts.

Aneesha Reihana, Co-Founder and Chief Execution Officer of 1 Asset Exchange (1AEX), is an accountant turned technologist, educator, and motivator with domain expertise in FinTech, DeFi, and digital assets. With extensive experience in digital transformation for enterprises, she co-authored a CBDC research paper for the Asian Development Bank. 1AEX is your gateway to tokenising real-world assets, helping individuals and businesses digitise, tokenise, and trade assets, making the transition into the tokenised realm seamless and accessible.

Raja Ramachandran, a seasoned Web3 entrepreneur with nearly two decades of experience, is a strong advocate for decentralised autonomous organisations (DAOs) and purpose-driven communities. As a Web3 super connector, Raja has collaborated with blue-chip projects, top centralised exchanges (CEXs), DAOs, and various protocols, and is a key member of numerous alpha communities worldwide.
He leads Amigoo, a boutique venture support studio dedicated to growing and scaling Web3-native startups. Raja is also the founder of The BrotherHood DAO, the pioneering decentralised community that empowers men to become their own heroes, now with over 3,000 members.
The BrotherHood DAO’s mission is to uplift an estimated 1.19 billion men globally, enhancing their fashion, grooming, appearance, and inner strength, while setting a benchmark for DAO operations.

Mike De Silva, a passionate musician and former marketer, transformed his career trajectory with the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, which halted live events and concerts. This disruption led him to explore and establish new digital avenues to sustain his music career in web3. In the process, he built an infrastructure to support and monetise local artists, helping them navigate their journey into the international music space.
