Ingredients:
Oil 1 tbsp
B. Onion 1 medium
Garlic 3 cloves
Curry Leaves
Rampe
Beetroot 300g
Green Chillis 2 nos
Chilli Flakes 1 tsp
Curry Powder 1 tsp
Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Salt 3/4 tsp
Thick Coconut Milk 1/2 cup
Method:
First, add oil into a pan followed by big onions, garlic, curry leaves, rampe and mix well.
Next, add beetroot, green chillis, chilli flakes, curry powder, chilli powder, salt and mix well once more.
Cover the pan with a lid and let the beetroot cook well.
Next, add thick coconut milk, mix well and cover the pan once more.
Finally, remove the pan from the heat once the ingredients are cooked well.
