This classic Beetroot curry will have you craving it every time you have a meal of rice and curry! Get cooking!
Ingredients:
- Beetroot 250 g
- Onion (small) 1/2
- Green chilli 1
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
- Curry powder 1/2 tsp
- Coconut milk 1 cup
- Curry leaves & rampa
Method:
- Peel and cut beetroot.
- Place the cut beetroot in a pot and add onion, garlic, green chilli, curry leaves, curry powder, chilli powder and salt.
- Finally add coconut milk and cook for 15-20 minutes on a low flame.
