Beetroot Curry

This classic Beetroot curry will have you craving it every time you have a meal of rice and curry! Get cooking!

 

Ingredients:

  • Beetroot 250 g
  • Onion (small) 1/2
  • Green chilli 1
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • Curry powder 1/2 tsp
  • Coconut milk 1 cup
  • Curry leaves & rampa

Method:

  1. Peel and cut beetroot.
  2. Place the cut beetroot in a pot and add onion, garlic, green chilli, curry leaves, curry powder, chilli powder and salt.
  3. Finally add coconut milk and cook for 15-20 minutes on a low flame.
