Ingredients:
• Fortune Sunflower oil 2 tbsp
• Chicken 500g and Ham 150g
• Salt 1 tsp
• Mix herbs ½ tsp
• Garlic powder ½ tsp
• Pepper ½ tsp
• Celery 50g
• Onions 2 big
• Mushroom 250g
• Egg yolk
• All-purpose flour 50g
• Milk 1 cup
Method:
1. Pour oil onto a pan.
2. Add chicken salt, pepper, garlic powder and mixed herbs. Mix well and then add celery, mushroom, and onion. Cook well.
3. Add all-purpose flour and milk. Switch the flame off.
4. Line a pastry sheet or pie sheet onto a pie tray. Insert the filling and cover this with the same pastry sheet.
5. Bake at gas mark for 6 to 20 minutes.
