Cream Caramel Pudding

Prep time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:

  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Water 3 tbsp
  • Eggs 4
  • Condensed milk 1 can (small)
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Place a non-stick pan in low heat and add sugar. Stir the sugar at intervals adding it bit by bit to make the caramel.
  2. Pour into a baking pan.
  3. Add 1 can of condensed milk and 2 cups of water to the baking pan.
  4. Whisk 4 eggs separately.
  5. Add milk and 1tsp of vanilla essence into the eggs and whisk again.
  6. Pour the whisked egg mixture into the baking pan.

Chuck it in the oven or microwave it for approx. 20 min.
