Cooking with Aunty D.

Prep time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
- Sugar 1 cup
- Water 3 tbsp
- Eggs 4
- Condensed milk 1 can (small)
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Method:
- Place a non-stick pan in low heat and add sugar. Stir the sugar at intervals adding it bit by bit to make the caramel.
- Pour into a baking pan.
- Add 1 can of condensed milk and 2 cups of water to the baking pan.
- Whisk 4 eggs separately.
- Add milk and 1tsp of vanilla essence into the eggs and whisk again.
- Pour the whisked egg mixture into the baking pan.
Chuck it in the oven or microwave it for approx. 20 min.
