Ingredients:
Oil 1 1/2 tsp
Cloves 3 nos
Cardamoms 3 nos
Cinnamon 1 inch
Bay Leaves 4 nos
Peppercorn 10 nos
Ginger 1 tbsp
Garlic 1 tbsp
Big Onion 1 large
Tomatoes 3 large
Turmeric 2 tsp
Garam Masala 1 tbsp
Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Coriander Powder 2 tbsp
Salt 1 1/2 tsp
Yoghurt 1 nos
Coriander Leaves 1/4 cup
Washed Rice 2 cups
Water 1 1/2 cups
Crizzpy’s Chicken
Method:
Add oil into a pan followed by cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaves, peppercorn, ginger, garlic, big onion, tomatoes, turmeric, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, yoghurt and mix well.
Next, add coriander leaves, washed rice, water, mix well and cover the pot with a lid until the rice is cooked.
Next, add oil into a new pan and carefully place the Crizzpy’s chicken in the pan.
Fry the chicken until they’re cooked well and golden brown. Remove from the pan once done and serve them with the biriyani.
