Ingredients:
Curry –
- Boiled Tuna 250g
- Boiled Eggs 6
- Boiled Potato 250g
- Onion 1 (Big)
- Green Chili 3 Nos.
- Turmeric Powder ¼ tsp
- Bread Crumbs 250g
- Curry Powder 1 tsp
- Pepper ¾ tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Chili Powder ½ tsp
- Curry Leaves
- Oil to fry
Pancake –
- All Purpose Flour 250g
- Egg 1
- Salt ¼ tsp
- Water
Egg Wash –
- Eggs 2
Method:
- Heat oil and add curry leaves, chopped onion, turmeric powder, boiled tuna, boiled potato, green chili, curry powder, pepper, salt, chili powder
- Mix well and cook for approximately 10 minutes on a low flame
- To make a pancake, add flour salt and egg to water and mix well
- Make a pancake, then add some curry and place a halved egg on top. Fold it into a triangle, then egg wash and pass through bread crumbs
- Fry until golden brown
