Egg Rolls

Egg Rolls are just that one step better than regular rolls and one of the go-to options for short eat adventures. Make this all time favourite treat in your very own kitchen and tell us how much everyone loves it!


Curry –
  • Boiled Tuna 250g
  • Boiled Eggs 6
  • Boiled Potato 250g
  • Onion 1 (Big)
  • Green Chili 3 Nos.
  • Turmeric Powder ¼ tsp
  • Bread Crumbs 250g
  • Curry Powder 1 tsp
  • Pepper ¾ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Chili Powder ½ tsp
  • Curry Leaves
  • Oil to fry
    Pancake –
  • All Purpose Flour 250g
  • Egg 1
  • Salt ¼ tsp
  • Water
    Egg Wash –
  • Eggs 2


  1. Heat oil and add curry leaves, chopped onion, turmeric powder, boiled tuna, boiled potato, green chili, curry powder, pepper, salt, chili powder
  2. Mix well and cook for approximately 10 minutes on a low flame
  3. To make a pancake, add flour salt and egg to water and mix well
  4. Make a pancake, then add some curry and place a halved egg on top. Fold it into a triangle, then egg wash and pass through bread crumbs
  5. Fry until golden brown
