Enjoy a superb Sri Lankan lunch with this delicious Karavila Salad! Get Cooking!
Ingredients:
- Karavila 250g
- Onion (Large) 1
- Green Chillies 3
- Tomato (Medium) 1
- Salt ¼ tsp
- Sugar ½ tsp
- Lime Juice ½ tsp
- Pepper ¼ tsp
- Oil to fry 1 ¼ cup
Method:
- Wash and cut Karavila into circles and fry.
- Mix onion with green chilli, salt, pepper, sugar and lime juice.
- Then add Karavila and mix well.
- Finally, add tomato and season to taste.
