Cooking with Aunty D.

Ingredients:
- Kesel Muwa (medium) 1
- Pepper 2 tsp
- Raw ground mustard 1 tsp
- Maldive fish 2 tbsp
- Vinegar 1 1/2 tbsp
- Salt 1 1/2 tsp
- Onion (medium) 1
- Green chillies 3
- Tomato (medium) 1
Method:
- Cut kesel muwa into small pieces.
- Boil water and add 1 tsp salt. Then add finely cut kesel muwa and keep for 5 minutes.
- Strain and squeeze well.
- Add pepper, raw ground mustard, maldive fish, vinegar, salt, onion and green chillies to the kesel muwa and mix well.
- Finally add chopped tomato and correct seasoning.
