Kesel Muwa Salad

Ingredients:

  • Kesel Muwa (medium) 1
  • Pepper 2 tsp
  • Raw ground mustard 1 tsp
  • Maldive fish 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 1/2 tsp
  • Onion (medium) 1
  • Green chillies 3
  • Tomato (medium) 1

Method:

  1. Cut kesel muwa into small pieces.
  2. Boil water and add 1 tsp salt. Then add finely cut kesel muwa and keep for 5 minutes.
  3. Strain and squeeze well. 
  4. Add pepper, raw ground mustard, maldive fish, vinegar, salt, onion and green chillies to the kesel muwa and mix well.
  5. Finally add chopped tomato and correct seasoning.
