Oil 2 tbsp

Eggs 2 nos

Chicken 250g

Garlic 1 tbsp

Ginger 1 tbsp

Cabbage 1 cup

Red Chilli 2 nos

Leeks 3/4 cup

Chilli Flakes 1 tsp

Tomato Sauce 1 tsp

Soy Sauce 1 tsp

Salt 3/4 tsp

Garlic Powder 1 tsp

Dark Soy Sauce 1 tbsp


First, add the Maggi family meal pack into a bowl of boiling water and remove from heat once the noodles are cooked completely.

Next, add oil into a pan followed by eggs and scramble the eggs.

Add oil into a pan followed by, chicken, garlic, ginger and fry the chicken well.

Next, add cabbage, red chilli, leeks, chilli flakes, tomato sauce, soy sauce, salt, garlic powder, dark soy sauce, boiled noodles and mix all the ingredients together.

Finally, add the scrambled eggs on top of the noodles and serve.
