Ingredients:
Oil 1 tbsp
Bombay onion 1 medium
Curry leaves + Pandan (rampe)
Ginger 1 tsp
Garlic 1 tsp
Eggs 2
Carrot 1/2 cup
Leeks 1/2 cup
Tomato 2 medium
Capsicum 1
Green Chilli 2 nos
Chopped Godamba Roti 5 nos
Mutton Curry
Mozarella cheese
Salt 1/2 tsp
Pepper 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Add oil, Bombay onion, curry leaves, rampe, ginger and garlic. Mix well.
- Add whisked eggs, carrots, leeks, tomato, capsicum and green chilli. Mix again.
- Add chopped Goddamba roti, mutton curry. Mix and add in mozzarella cheese, salt and pepper.
