Cooking with Aunty D.

Ingredients:
White Raw Rice Flour 500g
Yeast 1 1/2 tsp
Sugar 2tsp
Water
Thick Coconut Milk 2 cups
Treacle juggery
Salt 2 tsp
Method:
1. Mix white raw rice flour with yeast and sugar
2. Add water and mix it to the right texture.
3. Leave 2-3 hours to rest
4.Add thick coconut milk and salt
5.Add honey and mix well
6. Heat the pan and add the mixture like seen in the video
