Ingredients:
Rambutan (Seedless) 2 cups
Sugar ½ cup
Red Food Colouring (optional) 1 drop
Method:
Peel, deseed, and blend the rambutan flesh until it reaches a pulpy texture.
Lightly caramelise the rambutan pulp with sugar in a pan.
Optionally, add a drop of red food colouring into the mixture and combine.
