Make this super quick and easy stir-fry recipe! Perfect for when you don’t want to spend a lot of time cooking!
Ingredients:
Maggi Special Family Pack 1
Salmon 1 tin
Onion 1 big
Green Chili 5
Garlic 3 cloves
Curry Leaves
Pepper 3/4 tsp
Chilli Flakes 1 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1/3 tsp
Tomato 2 medium
Oil 2 tbsp
Method:
- Boil the Maggi Special Family Pack and drain.
- Heat oil and add green chili, onion, garlic, curry leaves, turmeric powder, chilli flakes and pepper. Fry for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Add salmon and mix well.
- Add tomatoes and boiled Maggi Family Pack noodles
- Mix well, adjust seasoning and serve.
