Stir Fried Salmon Noodles | Cooking with Aunty D

Make this super quick and easy stir-fry recipe! Perfect for when you don’t want to spend a lot of time cooking!

 

 

Ingredients:

Maggi Special Family Pack 1

Salmon 1 tin

Onion 1 big

Green Chili 5

Garlic 3 cloves

Curry Leaves

Pepper 3/4 tsp

Chilli Flakes 1 1/2 tsp

Turmeric Powder 1/3 tsp

Tomato 2 medium

Oil 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Boil the Maggi Special Family Pack and drain.
  2. Heat oil and add green chili, onion, garlic, curry leaves, turmeric powder, chilli flakes and pepper. Fry for 5 to 7 minutes.
  3. Add salmon and mix well.
  4. Add tomatoes and boiled Maggi Family Pack noodles
  5. Mix well, adjust seasoning and serve.
