Ingredients:
Jack Fruit 500 g
Fenugreek ½ tsp
Onion 1 medium
Green Chili 2 nos
Curry Leaves
Rampe
Garlic 3 cloves
Turmeric ½ tsp
Curry Powder 1 tsp
Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Maggi Coconut Milk 1 cup
Water 1 cup
Oil 1 tbsp
Dry Red Chilli 4 nos
Onion 1 small
Garlic 2 cloves
Curry Leaves
Rampe
Mustard Seeds 1 tsp
Pinch of Salt
Method:
Add the Jack fruit to a pot
Then add the fenugreek, onion, green chili, curry leaves, rampe, garlic, turmeric, curry powder, chilli powder, salt, Maggi Coconut Milk and Water.
Mix the ingredients, cook until golden brown.
Then add Maggie Coconut Milk and boil until done.
On a separate pan, add the oil, dry red chilli, onion, garlic, curry leaves, rampe, mustard seeds and a pinch of salt.
Mix and fry until satisfied.
Finally, add the fried mix to the Jack fruit and serve!
