Tempered Mushrooms with Kang Kung

Prep time: 30 min

Ingredients:

  • American Mushroom 2 packets
  • Green Chilli 3
  • Salt 1tsp
  • Soy Sauce 2tsp
  • Chilli Powder 2tsp
  • Tumeric Powder 1/4tsp
  • Knorr Chicken Cubes 1
  • Red Bell Pepper 1 (small)
  • Onion 1
  • Oil 2tbsp
  • Pandan Leaves (Rampa)
  • Curry Leaves
  • Kang Kung

Method:

  1. Wash and finely shred the mushrooms.
  2. Heat the oil and to it add, diced onions, curry leaves, pandan leaves, green chilli, salt, soy sauce, chilli powder, Knorr Chicken cube, mushroom and turmeric powder .
  3. Allow it to cook for 3 mins.
  4. Add bell pepper.
  5. Allow it to boil.
  6. Finally add the kan kung and stir.
  7. Correct the seasoning.
