Cooking with Aunty D.

Prep time: 30 min
Ingredients:
- American Mushroom 2 packets
- Green Chilli 3
- Salt 1tsp
- Soy Sauce 2tsp
- Chilli Powder 2tsp
- Tumeric Powder 1/4tsp
- Knorr Chicken Cubes 1
- Red Bell Pepper 1 (small)
- Onion 1
- Oil 2tbsp
- Pandan Leaves (Rampa)
- Curry Leaves
- Kang Kung
Method:
- Wash and finely shred the mushrooms.
- Heat the oil and to it add, diced onions, curry leaves, pandan leaves, green chilli, salt, soy sauce, chilli powder, Knorr Chicken cube, mushroom and turmeric powder .
- Allow it to cook for 3 mins.
- Add bell pepper.
- Allow it to boil.
- Finally add the kan kung and stir.
- Correct the seasoning.
