Ash Plantain Curry | Cooking with Aunty D

Ash Plantain 4 nos
Fenugreek 1/2 tsp
Garlic 3 cloves
Green Chilli 2 nos
Big Onion 1 small
Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
Curry Powder 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Coconut Milk 1 1/2 cups
Small Red Onions 5 nos
Ground Mustard 1/2 tsp
Thick Coconut Milk 1 1/2 cup


Add chopped ash plantain to a pot.

Then add fenugreek, garlic, green chilli, big onion, rampe, turmeric powder, curry powder, salt and thin coconut milk.

Mix the ingredients well and let it cook.

Next, add chopped small red onions and ground mustard.

Then proceed to pour in the thick coconut milk.

Finally, stir until the curry is well mixed and serve!
