Cooking with Aunty D.
Spinach isn’t something that we adore. Here’s a little fusion to it so to awaken your taste buds and keep you wanting more of this nutrition filled food. You can buy the puff pastry dough from your supermarket so your ready to cook away! Happy cooking. 🙂
Prep time: 45 min
Ingredients:
- Spinach 250g
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Onion 1 medium
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Fortune Soy Sauce 2 tsp
- Oil 2 tsp
- Pepper 1 tsp
- Bacon 100g
- Eggs
- Pastry Dough
- Cheese
Method:
- Cut Spinach into small pieces
- Heat Oil (you can use olive oil) add Garlic, Onion, Spinach, Salt, Fortune Soy Sauce and Cook for 3-4 mins
- Fry bacon until its golden brown
- Roll the pastry dough and cut into squares
- Grease the pie tray and place pastry dough
- Place Spinach, Egg, Cheese and the Bacon
- Bake 20 mins 220f
