This famous Indian dish is literally to die for. An overload of flavours this is something that would get any Indian food lovers taste buds tingling.

Ingredients:
- Butter Chicken
- Boneless Chicken 500g (Cubes)
- Onion 1 Big
- Lurpak Butter 60g
- Oil 2 tsp + 2 tsp
- Lemon Juice 2 tsp
- Ginger and Garlic 1 tbsp
- Garam Masala 2 tsp
- Chilli Powder 1 tsp
- Ground Cumin 1 tsp
- Bay Leaf 1
- Plain Yoghurt 1 cup
- Heavy Cream 1 cup
- Tomato Puree 1 cup
- Salt 2 tsp
- Pepper 1/2 tsp
- Boneless Chicken 500g
- Corn Starch 1 tbsp
- Water 1/4 cup
- Coriander Leaves.
Method:
- Heat oil and add onion. Cook until soft, and add butter, lemon juice, ginger, garlic, cumin powder, garam masala, chilli powder, pepper & bay leaf and cook for 1 min. Then add yoghurt, heavy cream, salt & tomato puree.
- Cook 2-3 mins and your sauce is ready.
- Heat 1tsp oil and add chicken. Cook until slightly golden brown and add salt, garam masala, pepper and cooked sauce little by little. Then add corn starch and let it boil and simmer.
- Enjoy it with some boiled Basmati Rice!
