Cooking with Aunty D.
Here’s another cake that is one of a kind and tastes absolutely delightful! Spice up your variety of cakes this season with this Oil Cake! Get baking!
Ingredients:
- Sugar 200 g
- Flour 225 g
- Baking soda 1 tsp
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Cocoa powder 25 g
- Water 250 ml
- Oil 125 ml
- White Vinegar 1 tbsp
Method:
- In a large bowl mix flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and cocoa powder.
- Add the liquids- Oil, water, vinegar.
- Beat until smooth.
- Pour into a baking tray and bake at 150°C for 30 mins.
