Cooking with Aunty D.
Here’s another Lankan dish you can make to accompany your daily meal of rice and curry! Get cooking!
Ingredients:
- Thibbatu 250 g
- Dry fish 250 g
- Green chillies 3
- Onion (medium) 1
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Chilli flakes 2 tsp
- Turmeric 1/4 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Curry leaves & rampa
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Tomato (medium) 1
Method:
- Clean and chop thibbatu.
- Heat oil and add chopped thibbatu.
- Add cleaned dry fish.
- Add rampa, curry leaves, turmeric, salt, garlic, green chillies, onion, chilli flakes and chopped tomato.
- Cook for 10 minutes on medium heat.
