Here’s another Lankan dish you can make to accompany your daily meal of rice and curry! Get cooking!

Ingredients:

  • Thibbatu 250 g
  • Dry fish 250 g
  • Green chillies 3
  • Onion (medium) 1
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Chilli flakes 2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Curry leaves & rampa
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Tomato (medium) 1

Method:

  1. Clean and chop thibbatu.
  2. Heat oil and add chopped thibbatu.
  3. Add cleaned dry fish.
  4. Add rampa, curry leaves, turmeric, salt, garlic, green chillies, onion, chilli flakes and chopped tomato.
  5. Cook for 10 minutes on medium heat.
