Lankan Seafood Noodles

Ingredients:

• Noodles 250g
• Prawns 200g
• Cuttlefish 200g
• Onion 1 medium
• Ginger 1 tsp
• Garlic. 1 tsp
• Green chilli 2 nos
• Carrots 50g
• Green beans 50g
• Leeks 50g
• Tomato 2 small
• Chilli flakes 1tsp
• Salt 1/8 tsp + 1/8 tsp + 1/3 tsp
• Egg 1
• Pepper 1/8 tsp + 1/8 tsp +1/2 tsp
• Curry leaves/rampa
• Oil 1 tbsp
• MeadowLea Fat Spread 2 tbsp

Method:

1. First boil noodles, using little turmeric and salt. Drain this and keep aside
2. Then heat oil, add cuttlefish, and fry. Remove the cuttlefish from the pan and add prawns to the same pan and fry. Keep both cuttlefish and prawns aside. When you fry these, add a little pepper and salt
3. Heat MeadowLea fat spread, add curry leaves, rampa, ginger, garlic, onion, carrots, green beans, pepper, chilli flakes, pepper salt, and egg. Mix these ingredients together.
4. Then add leeks, tomato, and green chilli.
5. Mix altogether and add boiled noodles. Mix well.
