Lankan Style Sausage and Meatball Noodles

  • Noodles 1 Packet
  • Boiled Water
  • Goldi Chicken Sausages 250 g
  • Goldi Chicken Meatballs 250 g
  • Leeks 75 g
  • Carrots 75 g
  • Young corn 6
  • Salt 1 tsp + 1 tsp
  • Chili Paste 2 tsp
  • Pepper 1 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Garlic 4 cloves
  • Ginger 1/2 inch
  • Soy sauce 2 tsp
  • Celery 2 inches
  • Rampa and Curry leaves


  1. Boil water and add turmeric powder and salt. Then add noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add oil to a pan and cook Goldi Chicken Meatballs for about 3-4 minutes on low heat. Add Goldi Chicken Sausages and cook for another 3 minutes.
  3. Add rampa and curry leaves, celery, garlic and ginger. 
  4. Add pepper, salt, soy sauce, baby corn, carrots and leeks.
  5. Finally add correct seasoning.
