Ingredients:
Mushrooms 200 g
Garlic 3 cloves
Ginger 1/2 inches
Celery stem 6 inches
Red pepper 1 nos
Water 1 cup
Salt 3/4 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
Dark soy sauce 2 tbsp
Method:
Prepare the ingredients. Start by shredding the mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
Chop the aromatics. Finely chop garlic, ginger, celery and a red chilli pepper.
Blanch the mushrooms. Add mushrooms to a pan with a cup of water and a pinch of salt (1/2 tsp). Bring to a boil, then drain the water.
Sauté the mushrooms. Heat some oil in a pan, add the mushrooms and give them a quick stir.
Add the aromatics. Toss in the chopped garlic, ginger, celery and chilli. Stir everything together.
Season and mix. Pour in oyster sauce, dark soy sauce and a pinch of salt (1/4 tsp). Mix well to coat the mushrooms evenly.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds for a final touch.
Serve hot and enjoy!
