Smooth, nutty and zesty, this Almond Delight is infused with Dilmah Italian Almond Tea and a hint of citrus for a refreshing twist on a classic cocktail.
Ingredients:
Dilmah Italian Almond Tea leaves 2 tsp
Boiling water 1 cup
Lime juice 30 ml
Egg white 1 nos
Corenwyn 40 ml
Dilmah Italian Almond Tea 20 ml
Ice cubes 1/2 cup
Method:
Infuse two teaspoons of Dilmah’s Italian almond tea leaves with boiling water.
Separately squeeze the juice of a lime and keep it aside.
Crack an egg and separate the egg white from the yolk.
In a shaker, combine the egg white, Corenwyn, lime juice and the Dilmah Italian Almond Tea and shake till it’s smooth and frothy.
Finally, fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the cocktail over the ice.
Garnish with a slice of lime and savour every sip!
