Ingredients:

Cashew 25 g
Cardamom 4 nos
Sugar 1 tsp
Corn flour 1 cup
Water 3 1/2 cups
Sugar 3/4 cup
Lime juice 1 tsp
Ghee 1/4 cup
Yellow food colouring
Rose essence 1/2 tsp

Method:

Finely chop cashews, then grind cardamom and sugar together into a fine powder.

To a saucepan over heat, add sugar, water and lime juice. Heat until the sugar dissolves and the syrup thickens. Set aside to cool.

In a bowl, whisk together corn flour and water.

Then to a separate saucepan over heat, pour your corn flour mixture and keep stirring until the mixture thickens.

Once thickened, gradually add in ghee and stir till the mixture becomes glossy.

Add in your sugar syrup, ground cardamom, a few drops of yellow food colouring, rose essence and chopped cashew. Mix well until combined.

Pour the mixture into a greased pan and let it set for 2-3 hours, or until it has cooled completely.

Finally, cut the musket into squares and serve. Enjoy!
