Cooking with Aunty D.

Who doesn’t love chicken. I mean it’s like our “jaathika aahaaraya”. So we gave a little twist to the everyday boring chicken curry.


  • Chicken Breast 1
  • Broccoli 200g
  • Cauliflower 200g
  • Young Corn 100g
  • Bell Pepper 2 small
  • Bay Leaves 2
  • Rosemary
  • Salt
  • Garlic
  • Chicken Stock 1 cup
  • Pepper
  • Oil
  • Chopped Garlic
  • Cloves 4
  • Fortune Soy Sauce
  • Water
  • Cornflour 1 tbsp


  1. Cut Chicken Breast into strips.
  2. Season with Salt and Pepper.
  3. Boil the Vegetables.
  4. Add Oil to a pan and cook Chicken until golden brown, Add extra Pepper and Fortune Soy Sauce
  5. Add chopped Garlic, Chicken stock and Vegetables.
  6. Add Bay Leaves and Rosemary.
  7. Correct seasoning and serve.
