Cooking with Aunty D.
Who doesn’t love chicken. I mean it’s like our “jaathika aahaaraya”. So we gave a little twist to the everyday boring chicken curry.
Ingredients:
- Chicken Breast 1
- Broccoli 200g
- Cauliflower 200g
- Young Corn 100g
- Bell Pepper 2 small
- Bay Leaves 2
- Rosemary
- Salt
- Garlic
- Chicken Stock 1 cup
- Pepper
- Oil
- Chopped Garlic
- Cloves 4
- Fortune Soy Sauce
- Water
- Cornflour 1 tbsp
Method:
- Cut Chicken Breast into strips.
- Season with Salt and Pepper.
- Boil the Vegetables.
- Add Oil to a pan and cook Chicken until golden brown, Add extra Pepper and Fortune Soy Sauce
- Add chopped Garlic, Chicken stock and Vegetables.
- Add Bay Leaves and Rosemary.
- Correct seasoning and serve.
