Cooking with Aunty D.
Here’s a delicious Lankan and chocolatey dessert to devour at any time on any day! Get making!
Ingredients:
- Marie Biscuits 200 g
- Lurpak Butter 175 g
- Icing Sugar 250 g
- Cocoa powder 50 g
- Milk 1/8 cup
- Cooking chocolate 150 g
- Vanila
Method:
- Beat Lurpak butter, icing sugar and cocoa powder.
- Dip Marie Biscuits in milk.
- Apply thin layer of chocolate mixture in the pan.
- Place dipped biscuits on top of the chocolate mixture.
- Repeat this and make 3-4 layers.
- Melt cooking chocolate with milk in a microwave.
- Keep biscuit pudding in a fridge for 30 minutes. Garnish with chocolate+milk mixture.
