Craving a warm slice of pizza? Look no further, here’s a quick and easy fix to satisfy your pizza cravings right at home! Aunty D’s bread pizza recipe is as versatile as it is delicious, give it a go!
Boneless Chicken 200 g
Water ¼ cup
Salt ½ tsp
Pepper ¼ tsp
Chilli Powder ½ tsp
Big Onion 1 medium
Capsicum 1 nos
Tomato 1 medium
Tomato Sauce 1 tbsp
Cooked/Fried Sausage 2 nos
To a pan, add boneless chicken, water, salt, pepper and chilli powder and simmer until cooked.
Next, remove the pan from the heat and add chopped onions, capsicum, tomato, salt and tomato sauce.
Optionally, incorporate cooked or fried sausages into the mixture and combine well.
Grab some sliced bread, and layer it with mozzarella cheese, the cooked meat mixture and more cheese!
Preheat the oven to 225 °C and bake for 5 minutes. Enjoy!
