Easy Cheesy Rolls

Mix the colors of Christmas and Snow in this scrumptiously divine Cheesalicious Dish! Oh so easy and Oh so Cheesy, serve with a healthy salad on the side for some naughty and nice ūüėČ

3  Square Large Bread Slices (crusts off)
Cheeses- Mozzarella, Parmesan, Cream Cheese Spread, Blue Cheese (any cheese will do, even cheese slices or grated cheese from blocks)
Cherry Tomatoes in quarters
Spinach Leaves
1 1/2 tbsp Butter
1 Egg
1 Tbsp Milk
salt and pepper
Take a rolling pin and roll out the slices of bread very thin. Roll and stretch out on all ends. Next add toppings, first cream cheese (to hold everything else in place), then the spinach leaves, tomatoes and top with the other cheeses. Roll up nice and tight.
Make the dip by combining 1 egg, 1 tbsp milk, salt and pepper and beating well. Dip Cheese Rolls all around in it and leave to soak.
Melt butter in a hot frying pan. Place soaked Cheese Rolls in one by one and leave on medium-low heat. Turn over gently when lightly browned on one side. Do the same with the other side.
Drain on paper towels and serve hot with a dressed healthy salad! Delicious!
