Ingredients:
Polos 1 medium
Big Onion 1 small
Green Chilli 2 nos
Cinnamon 1 inch
Cardamom 2 nos
Fenugreek 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 1/2 tsp
Chilli Powder 2 1/2 tsp
Curry Leaves + Rampe
Goraka 3 cloves
Coconut Milk 2 cups
Coconut Milk 2 1/2 cups
Method:
Add polos, big onion, green chilli, cinnamon, cardamom, fenugreek, salt, chilli powder, curry leaves, rampe and goraka.
Next, pour in the thin coconut milk into the spice mixture and give it a good mix to combine all the ingredients together.
Once the curry begins to bubble up, pour in the thick coconut milk.
Seal the pot with a lid and let it cook for a few minutes.
Take the curry of the stove and serve while hot!
