This chia coconut pudding made with sago is deliciously refreshing and pairs amazingly with any fruit of your choice.

Ingredients:
Water 3 cups
Sago 3/4 cup
Serà Salt 1/4 tsp
Sugar 1/8 cup
Vanilla 1 tsp
Serà Coconut Milk 1 cup
Flax Seeds 1 tbsp
Chia Seeds 1 tbsp
Method:
Start by adding water to a pot with the sago pearls and let it cook.
Next, add Serà salt, sugar and vanilla extract, and give it a good mix.
Add Serà coconut milk into the sago mixture and stir to combine.
Mix in some flax seeds and chia seeds, and take the sago off the heat. Serve it with grapes (or any fruits of your choice) and your festive dessert is ready to be enjoyed!
