The light and refreshing flavour of a snake gourd salad makes it the perfect side dish for a good ol’ rice and curry. Plus, it’s super easy to make!
Here’s how it’s done!
Ingredients:
Big Onion 2 medium
Green Chilli 3 nos
Maldive Fish 1 tbsp
Pepper 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Lime Juice
Coconut 1/4 cup
Tomato 2 medium
Snake Gourd 200 g
Method:
To a bowl add sliced onions, chopped green chillis, Maldive fish, pepper, salt and lime.
Mix until well combined.
Add grated coconut, chopped tomato and finely sliced snake gourd to the same and mix again. There you have it, enjoy!
