Ingredients:
Oil 1 tbsp
Curry Leaves
Rampe
B. Onion 1 small
Cinnamon 1 inch
Cardamom 2 pods
Fenugreek 1/2 tsp
Tomato 1 large
Ginger 1 tbsp
Garlic 1 tbsp
Turmeric 1/4 tsp
Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Pepper 1/2 tsp
Green Chilli 2 nos
Salt 1 tsp
Meatballs 350g
Thick coconut milk 1 cup
Method:
First, add oil into a pan followed by curry leaves, rampe, big onion, cinnamon, cardamom, fenugreek and mix well.
Next, add tomatoes, ginger, garlic, turmeric, chilli powder, pepper, green chilli, salt, meatballs and mix well.
Finally, add thick coconut milk into the pan, cover the pan with a lid and let the curry cook well.
