Oil 1 tbsp
Kunisso (Baby Shrimps) ¼ cup
Garlic 3 cloves
Curry Leaves + Rampe
Big Onion 1 medium
Green Chilli 2 nos
Turmeric ½ tsp
Chilli Flakes 1 ½ tsp
Murunga (green outer layer removed)
Salt 1 ¼ tsp
Heat up a clay pot with oil and sauté kunisso, garlic, curry leaves, rampe and big onion.
Add green chilli, turmeric, chilli flakes, finely chopped murunga (after removing the green outer layer) and salt, and stir to combine.
Cover with the lid and cook under low flame.
