Ingredients:
Oil 1 tbsp
Big Onion 1 medium
Curry leaves
Rampe
Green Chilli 3 nos
Capsicum 2 nos
Tomatoes 2 large
turmeric 1/2 tsp
Chilli Flakes 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Mushrooms 1 pkt
Ginger 1 tsp
Garlic1 tsp
Method:
First, add oil into a pan followed by big onion, curry leaves, rampe, green chillis, capsicum and stir fry well.
Next, add tomatoes, turmeric, chilli flakes, salt and mix well.
Add a packet of mushrooms into the pan together.
Finally, add some ginger and garlic, mix well and serve.
